How do I dry kelp and make it into a spice or a seasoning?

In a nutshell, gather the kelp, rinse them with salt water, hang the kelp to dry.

As for the sprinkles,cut the kelp up, roast in an oven at 250 degrees for three to five minutes. Cool off, then crumble. You have your seasoning. Yum!
