Diani South Coast

by Cecilia
(Toronto Canada)

I live for 2 years on a beach, Diani South beach in Kenya.

Early morning, when the tide was slowly receding, I used to go to a rock protruding from the ocean and harvest the fresh green weed. After having removed all the sand, I used to lightly stem, just to preserve all the goodness, the seaweeds and eat it with a touch of extra virgin olive oil and fresh lime.

I always felt energetic and healthy and my hair had been always luxurious.

I don't live near a beach :-( Wow, you got to pick fresh seaweed and eat them! I do hope to experience doing that sometime soon. What kind of seaweed was it?
