Early morning, when the tide was slowly receding, I used to go to a rock protruding from the ocean and harvest the fresh green weed. After having removed all the sand, I used to lightly stem, just to preserve all the goodness, the seaweeds and eat it with a touch of extra virgin olive oil and fresh lime. I always felt energetic and healthy and my hair had been always luxurious.
