How can I roast and salt dried seaweed?

My guess is to layer the sheets, placing salt between the layers and bake at 275 for 5-7 minutes. Am I correct?

Well, I tried it that way and it just ended up sticking to the top of my mouth. I like Trader Joe's roasted seaweed snack but they sell out of stock so frequently that I was trying to recreate what they do for myself. No luck so far...
