I hear that seaweed is good to suppress your appetite, but how much can i eat and be safe?

Seaweed suppresses appetite because of the fiber, bulk and mucilage. Seaweed stimulates proper intestinal function and it makes us feel full, therefore makes us resist the urge to overeat.

According to Dr. Ryan Drum, five to fifteen grams of dried seaweed at least twice a week is a start for eating seaweed regularly.
