Seaweed & Weight Loss

by Kelly
(Aurora, CO, USA)

Is dried seaweed consumption as valuable as raw consumption in relation to the weight loss topic? If so, how much dried should be consumed to replace the ΒΌ cup of raw. Thank you!

According to Dr. Ryan Drum, five to fifteen grams of dried seaweed at least twice a week is a start for eating seaweed regularly.

Seaweed aids in weight loss because of the fiber. It provides us with that satiated feeling.
