Where is the best place to get seaweed things to help me loose weight?

I am doing the best I can to loose weight but it is leaving extra skin. I would like to get down to the size i used to be without all the extra weight I gained from having kids and not working. There are so many different kinds of things out there. Where is the most inexpensive but best place to get the soap, pills, and all around just something to help me tighten skin and something to help me loose weight. I want to be happy again.

I know how you feel when it comes to being frustrated about losing weight. Seaweed is just one of the healthy food elements when it comes to weight loss. There's more to it.

Maybe you should do a detox first. We've got more information about it on our Detox page.

Then, there's the nutrition part. You can add seaweed to your diet just like how you add your normal veggies. This will build up your immune system and aid weight loss. It's not an instant fix. Here's where you can get your seaweed: BC Kelp, Dakini Tidal Wilds, Island Herbs, Main Coast Sea Vegetables, Mendocino Sea Vegetable Company.

Don't forget to exercise. There are several great programs out there.

As for the loose skin, people get this is they've lost a lot of weight rapidly. If it is hanging of sagging, then maybe it's time to consider surgery? I'm not an expert so you'll have to consult your doctor or health practitioner. If it's slightly loose, the best way is to keep on exercising. As for the creams? I'll have to check up on other experts on this.

Last (but I think this should actually be first) is to be happy where you are now. There are several authors out there who can help you fall in love with yourself again.
